Pros
At least they are trying to make much needed change. Examples: the new expansion of the ED, the OR, and more inpatient beds.
Cons
Low pay - Pay is on the low end of the scale. Understaffed compared to other hospitals. Low morale. Very high turnover. A lot of people are learning their job as they go because so many veteran employees have left.
