Pros

people there are seriously dedicated to the mission. Large number of people who have been there 20+ years.

Cons

Leadership is leading VERY far in front of the organization; they aren't present where they are needed most...along the ranks. CEO is beloved and very talented and well intentioned, but he takes the word of his VPs far too often and doesn't pay attention to when they need to get their house in order. "Everything's Wonderful" is the message when people listening to it wonder what he's talking about...

Cons

Management does not communicate and they make decisions in a vacuum. They don't care what staff thinks and doctors rule and nurses just don't matter to administration
