Pros
Cator Ruma is a busy thriving company who cares about their employees. Over half of the 100+ employees have been with the company for 10, 15, 20+ years! There are many perks and activities to participant in when you want -- bowling, golf, picnics, client events, treat of month and more. Remote work options, 401(k) matching, all insurance benefits paid 100% for employees and even a portion of dependent medical premiums are covered is amazing! No company is perfect but no employee is perfect either. You get out of it what you put into it.
Cons
Nine hour work days Monday thru Thursday can get long, but when you only have to work 4 hours on Friday morning it is worth it. There are lots of people to get to know in their three locations and when people work remote sometimes it takes longer. But more employees means more opportunity to find mentors and friends.

Pros
Really like the people and the company. Mostly everyone is very nice and willing to help. Good mentorship, very knowledgable people, can almost always find an answer from someone. Tries to listen to their employees and implement change.
Cons
People are worked into the ground, but no one seems to mind. Not CRA's fault necessarily, more the industry as an entire whole that's just extremely busy (architects, contractors, etc...). The epitome of American work culture. Chances of moving up the ladder seem slim or would take forever. Pay could be better. Good luck taking a stress-free vacation.
