Too much stress....

Pros

Well since there's a 20 word minimum I enjoyed some of my co workers & always having a different challenge everyday

Cons

There is literally no management training program or ongoing support for management and basically no personal involvement from corporate, kind of a sink or swim situation from the start. Things are handled very half assed and unprofessionally and there is a real lack of cohesion or unity between the restaurant locations.

Pros

You can make some decent money working there especially if they out you in the middle section known as "pit".

Cons

Worse management, treated very unfairly. There is way too much side work and sometimes when you get sent home after an hour, not even having one table, they make you do a variety of side work
