Pros

I've made the most money at this restaurant .You can make money in any section in this restaurant, 5 table sections, close at 10 on weekdays 11 on weekends

Cons

No incentives to sell featured items, the most side work I've seen at any other restaurant I've worked at, Management is inconsistent.

Pros

Very extensive training for servers. Gained skills that are needed to succeed in any job working with people and meeting their needs.

Cons

Management needs to be more courteous to the needs of their workers in order to have a happy team willing and ready to work for this company. In my own experience, I had a manager who was very condescending with employees. Therefore there was lack of respect on my part and the majority of the team for our boss.

Pros

Nice coworkers. We share lots of laughs to get us thru the day.

Cons

The managers nit pick over things to the point of lowering morale. Managers are arrogant for the most part, unless you want to become personal friends with them & hang out at Mavericks bar after work. The workload is distributed very unfairly. This place is run solely on favoritism & seniority means nothing,
