Once you get the job down the tips will come especially on Friday and Saturday nights. Good people.

Very interesting managers. Some are amazing but there is always a bad apple in the bunch.

Pros

Well since there's a 20 word minimum I enjoyed some of my co workers & always having a different challenge everyday

Cons

There is literally no management training program or ongoing support for management and basically no personal involvement from corporate, kind of a sink or swim situation from the start. Things are handled very half assed and unprofessionally and there is a real lack of cohesion or unity between the restaurant locations.
