Revolving door of senior management team Review all business opportunities on a per item basis while competition takes market basket approach Pulse of company is directly related to president. If he is happy all is good, if he is not people get terminated. Culture of company is not if you will get fired, but when you will get fired.

The workers at Cavendish Farms - Jamestown are amazing. There used to be a strong sense of family and taking care of each other.

Sadly, the company has very bad management. They only care about the bottom line and treat the employees very poorly.
