Cons
Robert Irving believes in selecting Type A personalities via a predictive index assessment, then places them all in a cramped office environment, and then comes and cleans house every few years to see who has survived. He supports local maritime employees, but brings in people from away to glean knowledge from. Once he has received said knowledge he discards the employees without much regard to the impact on the employees life. This fosters an environment where employees are afraid of their employer (the only game in town), and they are constantly trying to protect their job, by trying not to share their proprietory information so that they are a vital part of the operation. This was the worst place that I have ever worked.
