Performance Bonus, fringe and benefits. Exceptional facilities.

Cons

Management are not made up of agents of change. Everyone is fearful of the owner because he can fire you for anything that would bother him. Similar to a Thanos. And some of his subjects are just bad and hypocritical.

Unionized, fair, great money, good management, you won’t get much better here for the island. 4 days on, 4 days off.
