For fresher is good but not using global software

There is good stability in the perspective of the job, your job is stable if you are doing at least some work in your team and fulfilling in tech.

Cons

That company uses only personal not a global tools and the company is Moreover for QA, there is less work for Dev, and all projects are home projects so you will not gain any out-of-the-box knowledge here. Overall personal growth is deficient here. That company is good for those who "frog in a well".
