Worst Management.
Salary is too less, while working hours are 11 to 12 hours a day.
And the biggest con and the worst thing one can experience in this company as a fresher is that, when you leave the job, they won't pay you the salary of the previous month you worked there.
They just block your mail id, so that you are unable to send them any formal mail, and they just treat you as an abscond while you have actually resigned in a proper manner, so that they don't have to pay you your dues.
Do not expect an experience letter if you are a fresher, because they won't provide you any.
And the funniest thing, all the good reviews you will see here of this company, is done by them only and by the freshers they force to do so, I was forced too.
So don't trust them, and if you want a good start of your career, do not join this company.
