      An amazing place to work

      Pros

      Honestly, this is a place you want to work. You have every opportunity to grow here. This is the type of place where you see the CEO doing dishes. If you have a good idea, you're able to run it up through the vine yourself. The products are cool, the people are a joy to work with, the work is challenging which is great for growth, all around, very few negatives if any.

      Cons

      I sat here for 10 minutes trying to come up with things just to be objective, but truly couldn't come up with anything worth mentioning. Every company has problems, Cedar is no different. But the "problems" here are minimal, and I see them time after time go from a problem to not a problem due to good leadership.

      Pros

      Fantastic coworkers, with an amazing supervisor to oversee our department. Multiple learning experiences, including courses on soldering, tours of motherboard manufacturers, and visits to sister branches. Very fulfilling, engaging, and hands on work.

      Cons

      Constant influx of shipments, of various sizes, ensures that there is very little breathing room for any department, and very little wiggle room in regards to time constraints.
