Good people, good location, good work/life balance

Cons

Reactive management, constant change but disruptive change not good change, will not remain competitive at the rate they are going, they lose all their good people because they can't make any progress, record earnings and stock price still drops, solution is always to cut people and admin budgets vs fix the real issues in the company, company stuck in the same pattern and won't get rid of its long standing barriers ( let good relevant talent go)

Ok if you are looking to be a data entry clerk working on computer all day.

Cons

HIGH stress environment and unrealistic workload. Company does not respond to employees in crisis screaming for help. Constant management changes. Publicly traded global corporation only interested in Wall Street diversity rating. Horrible high deductible health insurance.
