Friendly coworkers and good office environment

Cons

Poor business leadership claiming to do it all in the name of synergy, but they took individual plants that functioned perfectly fine and tried to cram them all into the same mold with less people to support core functions. There is no stewardship over a changing process: so many things get dropped and there's no one looking at the system as a whole to see where the problems are. Escalating problems (with legitimate financial impact, not just personal complaints) gets you nowhere with management. The company will cut corners and then be shocked by the outcome rather than listen to the operations people and be proactive about risk.

Available 9/80 work schedule, nice selection of shirts, umbrellas, and pens (no longer available due to financial cutbacks)

Cons

Complete disorganization as a company. A splintered collection of independent plants with no over reaching vision. Currently cash strapped to extreme - spent too much acquiring new businesses.
