Great array of industries that you could possibly work with at Ticona; good comparable pay for the region of Cincinnati..

Cons

Two years ago, Celanese Dallas decided that they wanted to move their people with zero Ticona knowledge into leadership positions in Florence, displacing many employees with multiple years of Ticona experience. Morale dropped to an all-time low, with many employees leaving and taking their knowledge with them.

If CE is the only company that makes you an offer, then I guess you could consider that a "pro"??

Cons

All the salary personnel have been there a short time and are only looking to get their card punched and move on. Very few seasoned employees to learn form and provide direction.
