Pros
Yes, the pay is good...and there's a good reason for it and It's not moral related. The magnitude of apparent promise seems great in first few months.
Cons
Culture of intentional decit. Management gives new meaning to "incompetent". Eat or be eaten culture led to a turnover of 80% (really) in my division in 2 years...and that's why they pay well.
