Celanese is a great multinational company. I am based in Italy and I can say that you are lucky if you have a supervisor abroad, but not if you have a local one. Great benefit for employees abroad not in our country (eg. smart working, flexible time, carreer development plan, ...)

Cons

No control on the local management from Corporate Executives.
