Senior management is full of hypocrisy. Senior management blames others for their mistakes. Senior management promises many things than denies saying it or changes the story afterwards. Senior management provides special treatment to certain groups or individuals creating a poor culture in which people who don’t do their jobs are not held accountable and the few who do are only rewarded with more work without compensation.
