No clear HR vision. If someone pushes back, they are asked to leave. The Senior HR leadership is responsible for poor HR projects, because 1) no clear guidance and 2) decision making is done by the business, rather by HR. The Senior HR leadership are professionals who should be working in a small US company, not in a multinational one...Very amateur behavior.
