Job security is a major concern. During the hiring process, there was strong communication about expanding the IT presence in India. But, after employees joined and invested significant effort into projects, several people were removed without clear communication or updates. There appears to be a lack of transparency from senior leadership (Mr. Sameer and Torsten) regarding long-term plans for the India IT team. Decisions that impact employees are sometimes communicated very late or not explained clearly, which creates uncertainty and affects morale. Employees may feel that the commitments made during recruitment are not consistently aligned with later organizational actions.
