I really liked working for the company.Good salary and benefits.

Cons

I worked at celanese plant in Rock Hill S C for 11 years.And there telling me I don't get my pension.Because there's no record.But they look on the computer and it plainly says I was there 11 years.And you only had to be there 3 years to be vested.

Decent pay above 50th percentile for most positions great benefits, flexible depending on your manager...

Cons

Politics and short term gains drive decision making. This is not a recipe for growth. Poor communication from management. Many leads and managers are clueless. Promotion based heavily on politics.

Their compensation was very good - compared to other similar companies in the Dallas area.

Cons

They have the worst General Managers - have No clue about the business! People are promoted to high positions based on how close they are to to top management! When these people fail, they blame it on people working for them and let them go!
