Decent pay. PTO is great benefit. Residents are what keeps you going.
Cons
General manager is negligent and not qualified for position. The Food and beverage directors hired since its opening have been toxic and lack skills to lead the team. Thus leaving the workload unbalanced and causing unnecessary stress. Human resources has been unresponsive to issues and extremely biased. They promote employees not based off merit and qualifications but who the general manager is friends with. The residents are neglected and incidents that could have been avoided are swept under the rug. When an employee doesn't involve themselves in the drama or advocates for the team the upper management staff uses slander and false narratives to force good employees out.
