Good when it’s Good, Horrible when it’s Bad.

Pros

The crew is initially welcoming and has a family feel to it. The Residents are, overall, really kind and caring. The food is good, and the POS system is really easy to learn. LGBT friendly.

Cons

Short staffing, drama in the workplace, lazy and unqualified management, inconsistent raises, and petty communication.

Pros

Great residents, opportunity to cross train, variety of shifts to choose from (7-3/3-11/11-7), staff appreciation events, PTO, holiday party bonus

Cons

Short staffed, lack of facility staffing in particular. A lot of agency workers in the resident care buildings. Pay isn't the greatest.
