Great place to start your career, made some friends and memories, I started entry level and grew to the point I had hit my ceiling.

Cons

There isn't much room to grow, once you hit your ceiling you are stuck.

Pros

- Great team environment/culture - Growing company allows you to be exposed to (and influence) new technology/workflows/challenges - Flexible, with many positions transitioned to a hybrid work model - Management open to new ideas/suggestions - Software actively being developed/improved with new features and partnerships

Cons

For me, none. However, you must be prepared to 'wear many hats'/work on different projects/tasks as needed.

Sorry to see that we were not a good fit for you back when you used to work with our team. Your experiences with our company must have been from several years ago, considering the "free pizza" Fridays were prior to the pandemic and when we were all in 1 of our 4 offices, working in the office every day of the work week. All throughout the pandemic and now thankfully coming out of it, we are mostly hybrid and/or remote. Additionally, since about that time, we have had some leadership changes as well. As a company we have become much more flexible and collaborative over the past couple years. We wish you all the best!
