Flexible work place, strong and close teamwork, multiple internal tech seminars, well-organized product development pipeline, excellent sales, marketing, implementation/support teams, great leadership.

Cons

Development team must complete too many mods every year.

Thanks for the feedback. How quickly our team members can advance will depend on the department they are a part of and the available opportunity within each. We do often promote from within, and from different departments as well. For example, a great place to get started is within our technical support team, and those who perform very well, can quickly advance to a team lead and even potentially move into other departments such as development, quality assurance, etc., based on their skills.

Was a pleasure to work for Celerant Technology for 5 years. Great team, great product, and great guidance from management. Work-life balance is very healthy and company team members treat you like family. Excellent company to gain technology SaaS, POS, eCommerce knowledge, intelligent and welcoming management, highly rated software, team players throughout organization. Had also the privilege of not working only with great team members but also worked alongside many knowledgeable industry partners and met many great people during my time here. Never felt once that I could not rely on my management and team as everyone is always welcoming to give a helping hand. Would highly recommend - A+
