Thank you for your feedback. As a technology company, there is certainly a lot to learn as our software is always evolving and we are very much so a product driven company, focused on innovation. Our technical support department does include rotating after hours support, a pager rotation, and a rotating weekend schedule, since we do provide support for retailers who can be open later hours (or West Coast) and on the weekends. For those team members who have the weekend rotation, they then have days off during the week in exchange- and all of this is reviewed and agreed upon, prior to hire. Additionally, we add different levels of support technicians based on experience, from entry-level, with room to grow, to senior level support. We wish you luck in your future endeavors.
