We are sorry to hear that you have had this type of experience. While we have all been working from home the past 10 months- across all 4 of our offices- there hasn't been any food ordered, aside from the 2 holidays where our CEO sent each and every employee a gift card so that everyone could order and enjoy a lunch at home, on him, to celebrate Thanksgiving and the holiday season in December. That said, beyond those types of small and thoughtful gestures, our company also offers full medical coverage, in which the company contributes a significant portion on behalf of each employee; optional dental and optical; plus a 401K plan, in which the company also contributes towards for each employee each year; plus disability and a life insurance policy, paid entirely by the company. The majority of our management team is with our company for 10, 15 and even some close to 20 years. As a current or former manager yourself, its unfortunate that you haven't had this same experience.
