Pros

This is a good starting point when beginning a carrier in IT. Nice environment, friendly coworkers, flexible management, growth opportunities, food on Fridays, summer Fridays

Cons

No particular cons! The location is a bit far out on Staten Island if you live in Brooklyn or Manhattan.

- Co-workers are Team players - Co-workers are friendly and helpful - Bosses are NO B.S. down to business types. - Like I said, no B.S., so if you take things personal..this is not the place for you. Everyone says it like it is. Either you did your job or you didn't. - The company is growing and evolving trying to better itself an many facets. Both product and process are getting increasingly better.

Cons

- Sometimes things do get missed b/c of the urgency/pace put on some projects. - Project priorities can change in an instant, so you need to make sure you keep notes or documentation of where you left off on what you were working on when priorities changed.

Pros

Celerant is one of the best in the Retail Software market with a big upside for growth and future advancement for anyone in the Software sales field. They take very good care of the employees and reward for doing a good job in all areas. I have had great growth with this company and management has always been interested in maintaining an open door policy for feedback and keeping the communication lines open. They provide the sales force with the best tools and products to succeed at the position. Training is unmatched and unlimited.

Cons

Located in NY area but offer Home Office opportunities.
