I've worked with Celerant Technology, Corp for nearly 5 years. Celerant promotes from within and will assist in growing their employees. Hard work and flexibility pays off.

Cons

The only con which is really a positive, in working for Celerant Technology there is more work than there is time.

Pros

Celerant Technology has been in business for 17+ years, and acquired CAM Commerce Solutions a few years ago. Celerant is a leader in the Retail POS business with strong growth opportunities for those willing to dedicate themselves. The work is challenging and rewarding. Your positive attitude will get you altitude. You are limited only by your energy and enthusiasm. If you are passionate about technology in the retail sector, this is a place to grow your experience while contributing to the growth of the Company.

Cons

The only limitations I see are that there offices are only in NY and CA. These are great places to live if you are considering moving to these areas.

Pros

A very pleasant place to work. Make people happy every day. Works are challenging. Hours are flexible. Strong company culture. Good environment, environment is most important that the workplace provides for comfortable, productive employees. Company understand what determines success in the employees' role, and rewarded or recognized accordingly.

Cons

I don't have any cons so far, it's refreshing to work for a company and feel appreciated. In the position I have I cannot work remotely. Average salaries.
