This is an awesome company to work for. Most places will say they care about their people, encourage advancement and reward good work...but do not deliver on any of it. Celerant actually does it. This company really does care about its employees, and takes care of them in the right way. The work culture here is the best i have ever experienced...everyone has the opportunity to say what they feel, offer ideas and feel comfortable doing so. People here are down to earth, relatable and approachable, everyone works together as a team to support one another and the company. The people i work with/for are not just co-workers or colleagues, but have actually become my friends. I would never work anywhere else.

The company encourages good team relationships through an annual meet-up week and throughout the rest of the year, management focused on good communication, a healthy environment, and fun team discussions. Remote work doesn't always contain that, so I'm grateful for that for sure.
