Pros

Working at Celerant on the marketing team for the past 2.5 years continues to be a fulfilling experience. From the start, I’ve been embraced by an experienced team and leadership who take a genuine interest in my development. I think one of the things that makes Celerant special is even though the company was founded 25 years ago, it maintains an intimate environment that promotes meaningful working relationships. I’d highly recommend Celerant to those with little experience or decades worth, because your perspective is heard and makes a difference.

Cons

The fast paced environment can sometimes be challenging, but manageable with good organizational skills.

Thanks for your input. Yes, our technical support team is absolutely on the phones (and via email) all day with our retail clients. Given our industry- one of our differentiators is phone support and offering our retail clients the option to call in and actually speak to our team when they need assistance. Thanks for your input! Our clients are retailers, so our support hours are a bit later than most. While the office is open until 6pm ET, we also don't start until a bit later in the mornings as well- in line with our retailer clients. We also offer options for OT for early and late hours- as some of our retailers needed extended support.
