There really isn’t anything good here

Cons

The training is the worse I have ever experienced in my entire adult career!! They act like they care but the truly don’t. The training department wants you to get signed off on as many things as they can and don’t care if you are personally comfortable with the task. The pay isn’t great for the amount of work you actually are doing.

If it is not staffed well and there are a lot studies you get overworked and the quality of your work is low
