very flexible and great people working here - great place to work especially in college or if you're in the science/medical field

Cons

A lot of people are employed here, but some jobs come with a not so glorious workload. Pay is fine, not the greatest. A lot of people fluctuate in and out of roles, depending on what department you are in.

The best part of this job is the people I work with. They are some of the most amazing people I've ever met.

Cons

The pay is very mediocre. The yearly raises are a joke.
