Pros

You get about a week off at Christmas.

Cons

People are about as unfriendly as anybody that I have ever worked with. There is ZERO opportunity for growth and development within where I was located. Pay is a complete joke. If I could rate it zero stars, I would.

Thank you for your post. I was disappointed to read your feedback especially the comment about your co-workers. We consistently hear that Celerion employees enjoy working with their co-workers and that is reflected in some of the other posts on Glassdoor. I was also concerned to read that you felt there were zero opportunities for growth & development during your time with the company. We consistently post internal opportunities and encourage employees to apply. Last year we had more than 120 employees move internally & take on new roles. Thank you again for the feedback and best of luck in your future endeavors. Andrew Stringer - Exec. Director, Global Human Resources

Pros

Great place to learn about Clinical Programming - The skills and experience will help you obtain a job with another company that will pay you a fair wage.

Cons

High work load and low pay. Celerion will ignore and make up excuses for the high turnover rate that is caused from low wage. Put in a few years with this company will guarantee a much higher paying job in the near future.

I was concerned to read your comments about a high work load, low pay and your view that we make excuses or ignore the reasons for turnover. Celerion encourages feedback from employees. We endeavor to conduct exit interviews with all leavers and strongly encourage them to complete our online exit interview survey, the results of which are reviewed quarterly with the senior management team. This helps provide data as we continually look at ways to improve the employee experience at Celerion including offering a competitive pay & benefits package. I would also encourage you to reach out to me or any member of the HR team if you would like to discuss the topic further. Thank you for taking the time to post your review. Andrew Stringer - Exec.
