Pros

o Great atmosphere. The most positive culture I've seen in my career. o Depending on the position there's lots of flexibility. o Starting vacation is 3 weeks per year. o Company is growing steadily and future looks good.

Cons

o Benefits are pretty slim. Insurance is not great. o Pay is on the low side of the market.

Thank you for your 4 star review. We do appreciate you taking the time to share your positive experience at Celerion. With reference to your comments on the benefits plans, we did make some enhancements to our 2017 benefits offering, including the addition of a convenient tele-medicine option and some value added voluntary benefits. We do continuously look for additional changes & enhancements to our offerings. Thank you again for taking the time to post. Andrew Stringer - Snr. Director, Global Human Resources

Thank you for your 4 star review. We appreciate you taking the time to post your comments. We recently held events where we recognized our employees who had reached 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 & 35 years’ service. In addition, we have added some enhancements to our 2017 benefits plans and we continue to look for ways to further improve the employee experience at Celerion. Andrew Stringer - Snr. Pros

Interesting job, when it's busy--it's BUSY. Clinic employees are all great, and have each other's backs, the training is great, good pay.

Cons

The slow season means you will likely work less that 5 hours a week, during the busy season you can get 12 hour days with no breaks, scheduling sucks (you may get scheduled to clock out at 11pm and 5 am the next morning). The management doesn't care about you or your well being unless you are a benefited employee,
