Thank you for taking the time to post a review. We were pleased to read that you enjoy the work environment, your coworkers and the flexibility of the schedule. As I have mentioned in a previous response/post the nature of our business can lead to peaks & troughs, and that results, for some depts. in the work load fluctuations that you mention. With regards to benefitted positions, because of the business fluctuations we do try and keep a balance between our full time, part time and variable status employees. All employees regardless of their employment status do have the opportunity to participate in the 401(K) plan, with our increased company match. Thank you again for your post.
