Very conservative company, avoids risk, approaches contracts with assured profit within 12 months. Bankable. Can honor warranties on its products.

Cons

Very conservative company, avoids risk. Most employees have been with company for 20, due to major expansion before 2002 and contracting with minimal hiring since. Very few opportunities to advance in one's career. Salary is frustrating.

The team incentive bonuses at the end of each year and training. Flexibility in taking or banking holidays and the the the value based system of treating employees

Cons

Sometimes it is informal relationships that lead to promotions rather than pure merit. The ratio of managers to employees is big leading to less people engaged in value addition

- Traffic around the site is pretty tough but if you know when to leave it's a breeze getting to work - Nothing negative I can say related to this organization
