The opportunities to work with a technical roles without sexism.

Cons

Due to I worked for Thailand base, with the company top management in Thailand quite conservative and does not accept the reason when the incident happen. Some manager does not align with country base law and regulation.

They are bringing innovative ideas to the company. There is a chance to learn from the experienced members of each team. It's fast pace and independence will serve you well.

Cons

Communication between teams could definitely improve. Over-stressing employees might be common here. Not a 9 to 5 job.
