Amazing team; the people at Celestica are top notch.

Cons

Probably 90% of the managers are amazing; you're in trouble if you get that 10%, though. I had an incredible, 17 year career with at least 10 different managers - loved them all, and they loved me. It all ended in large part due to a bad manager.
