Pros

-Benefits are huge in the company. being small you are recognised very easily -New strategies since a year and half are coming into effect slowly and the companys culture is improving -Team was helpful. All are young so they get along with each other well -Try to adopt good things from other companies, cafeteria is stashed and every month items are changed -Gives a homely feeling to work with people we can rely on -Support team is good and more disciplined. now concerns are not being avoided like before always -Faith of employees on management is increasing due to increased transparency

Cons

-Technical managers are very busy.no time at all -Anyone above a certain age group finds difficult to adjust -Pressure to complete tasks on individual is very high -Scope of growth is limited. managers thinks no one else is competent enough to be promoted to managers -thats gives a feeling of bereaucracy and thats why employees leave
