Pros

Very smart, considerate, and helpful colleagues. Senior management is very responsive.

Cons

Cell Press is great, Elsevier is a beast. The benefits are all set by Elsevier and are not great. Minimal upward mobility, but this is true across the industry, not unique to CP.
