      Pros

      Amazing recruiters who genuinely care about the talent and the customers. I know for a fact the recruiting manager is personally and emotionally invested in every single candidate she submits for an opportunity. My former manager was also an amazing person, who took time always foster relationships with clients as well as the talent. Great work environment where people really do care.

      Cons

      It is a small business, even though it has a national reach so the base is not great. If you do put in the work and invest in the time to grow your business you case easily hit 6 figures but it is not an easy road.
