      100% remote work (great options with COVID), awesome culture, team environment that works remotely, collaborative, great people.

      -flexible WFH policy -overall solid culture -coworkers are mostly great

      Cons

      -some questionable leadership -some toxic employees who are "protected" by leadership -commission structure far below industry standard -benefits are expensive and not good -long hours

      Good place for creative to develop basic skills

      Pros

      People are great and eager to do more. Hours are based on freelance availabilities. all positions are freelance and its feast or famine. work is not creative and profoundly corporate. Great place form some one out of school to hone their design skills for a year.

      Cons

      Not much creative work. Mostly powerpoint and science related posters. There are few opportunities for creative work to shine and when it is available it is like pulling teeth. if you're here for more than a year you'll never get out. no place to grow and have nothing in the portfolio that will get you another more creative job. Every move is a lateral career move.
