Pros

Everyone I work with is a professional, and highly motivated. it's my main drive to keep coming to work everyday. side note - Cellebrite events are ALWAYS great.

Cons

Some of the technologies are a little old (desktop WPF), but the transition to web technologies is already in progress. And that's honestly the only thing I can think of.

The Company has a greater good mission m what we do really expedite justice, putting the bad guys behind bars Operates in a healthy market and constantly growing business. Has a strong leadership and very nice people as executives

Cons

Aggressive and dynamic - many org changes. Still growing pains .. becoming more and more "American corporate style" Not great In professional processes
