      International colleagues Good benefit Nice end of year parties

      Everything is managed by Israeli HQ/office. Everything! Very reactive company High employee turnover: Zero stability Poor communication Manager would rather fire good employees who have proven excellent results to the company For Staff managers employees are some disposable tools HR is like it doesn't exits at all Marketing department is a constant change of people, full of drama and politics

      Cant think of any honestly because what I believed was all a facade. They showered me with gifts and bonuses and then fired be while on vacation returning back on a sad day of a family funeral

      All of the above, no loyalty, I have never in all my life been so blind-sided before. What they did was ruthless and the worse I have ever seen before.

      If you want to be told what to do by Israelis, you should apply for a job. All management is in Israel. They removed local management in the US even though we continually generated more revenue and new customers. Israelis do not understand what American customers want or how to create a good work culture in the US The turnover in this company is staggering. At least 20 people so far in 2018 in an office of only 75 people! The product is so buggy and poorly designed. Many disappointed customers. R&D in Israel basically uses US customers as guinea pigs to report bugs back to tech support. Terrible communication between HQ in Israel and US. They tell you what they think you need to know, and its usually too late by the time they tell you. Zero freedom in the US to make decisions or use your mind. You are a puppet.
