Pros

HR is doing a great job for the employees. The location is good enough. The company works hybrid (3 days at the office - 2 at home) - they also gave a very nice bounus to set a home office.

Cons

NO work-Life balance at all. you can work around the clock & still have plenty of work on your plate. Onboarding is really bad - you need to do/learn/ask everything by your self.. no real help from the staff. It's always good to be proactive but it would be nicer if the onboarding was going in a smooth way.
