      Pros

      Friendly, professional coworkers. Very competent people to work with.

      Cons

      Many different divisions in company made for a lot of overlap and very poor communication. Multiple people in the company seemed to have the same or similar jobs which made it difficult to define one’s roll.

      Lots Of Opportunity To Make A Real Impact In And Outside The Company

      - Lots of opportunities to make a positive impact in the world by helping solve crimes and provide justice with law enforcement. - Work with some great people that are friendly and have a great mission and purpose. - Excellent intellectual property in the products and leading technology provider. - Management is open to input from all roles and provides opportunities and encouragement for those conversations directly with CEO and top management. - Very customer focused and obsessed with doing the right thing for the customer and victims.

      Cons

      - Some technology is dated and legacy ways of software enforcement. - Tech needs to get to the Cloud with more modern approaches. - Management knows about its technology limitations and is working on leading the way for the industry, but it will take some time. - Engineering presence is small in North America.
