Pros
I loved my time at Cellebrite! As a former user of CLB's tech, I was excited to move to the company itself and support the company from within. There are frustrations at CLB as expected, and I found leadership was open to feedback to input and responsive to employee concerns and opinions. Executive leadership was honestly concerned with employee well-being and ensured they supported everyone during the initial uncertainty of the COVID outbreak. The technology is top-notch, and the technical staff is professional and responsive.
Cons
The BlackBag acquisition could have gone smoother, but all in all was a successful merger. Of course, there are updates to the software/hardware that need to be executed in haste, and there are elements on the development road map that need to be made ASAP to keep pace with customer demands. Still, these are issues you'll always find at software companies.
