      Pros

      Collaborative environment. I am able to work on a variety of projects -- it is fast paced but I thrive in the environment. I really feel like the solutions/products I market change and save lives.

      Cons

      HQ in Israel so the US offices feel disjointed. Lots of turnover.

      Demanding yet rewarding

      Pros

      I've been with the company for several years now, and have been mesmerized by watching the organization grow. Cellebrite is a great company to work for those that seek a sense of real job satisfaction. Employees put in long hours every day with the sense that are working for the greater good. I've been fortunate enough to work with an amazing team that puts others first as they are all extremely committed to supporting Cellebrite customers. I can also say that over the past several months, the company has been positive strives in the area of work/life balance for employees. The company was also extremely supportive of its team members and families throughout the pandemic. The leadership went out of their way to ensure that all felt engaged and not isolated during those crazy times.

      Cons

      Like all organizations, no one company is perfect by any means. I will say that like all growing companies, Cellebrite strives to get it right--which is not always an easy thing to do.
