      Mission Relatability to real life - you can see what the products as opposed to other back-office type products Exciting future Real growth & momentum

      Cons

      Classic growing pains Mixture of "old guard" vs. new people makes necessary changes hard Some leaders lack typical business acumen as they come from public law enforcement. They know the customer but lack some skills in running the business.

      Great place to work

      The people and the culture here are great. We have lots of flexibility and a safe space to think and propose ideas. The company is very agile in a fast-moving environment so there is always room to grow and improve.

      Sometimes, things get a bit tough, but that's just part of business.
